These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Arabic Speaking Club ("we", "us", "our"), including our website and our live online Arabic classes (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

The Service is operated by Arabic Speaking Club. You are entering into an agreement directly with Arabic Speaking Club when you use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your country, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. The Service

Arabic Speaking Club provides live, small-group online Arabic classes with tutors, along with related content and features. We may update, add, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others (including intellectual property rights).
• Send spam, harass other users, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including uploading malware, probing, scraping, or reverse-engineering the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our consent.

5. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, and materials that make up the Service are owned by Arabic Speaking Club or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set out in these Terms.

7. Payments, subscriptions, taxes, and refunds

Payments for our plans are processed securely by PayPal. Arabic Speaking Club is the seller of record for all orders, and we handle billing questions, cancellations, and refunds directly. Prices are shown on our Pricing page; any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; see also our Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Arabic Speaking Club against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
