Refund Policy

Arabic Speaking Club offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, provided you have not yet booked any session using your subscription.

When refunds are not available

Once you have booked at least one session with your subscription, the plan is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund. This applies even if you later cancel the booking or do not attend the session. If you have booked a session by mistake and have not yet attended, please contact us before the session starts and we'll do our best to help.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued by Arabic Speaking Club through PayPal, our payment provider. Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

Contact us through our contact page or on WhatsApp with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll review and process eligible refunds for you.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your profile page or from your PayPal account. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
